I.Install:
1.Extract the file to any path you want;
2.Run the "Liberty-2021.exe" to open the transport program.
II.Usage:
1.Select the graphics mode on the transport program before you enter the game(Default is fullscreen).
2.You can do a simple network test on the transport program.
3.Press the "Enter Liberty-2021" button to connect the game server.
